Entries and nominations

How to enter or nominate
1. Individuals or organisations may nominate or enter as many initiatives or projects for as many categories as they wish. Only one nomination or entry and only one category per submission. Multiple submissions permitted.
2. The qualifying period for entries or nominations is 1st September 2007 to 31st August 2008.
3. For nominations please enter your personal details in the first section then list your employer, in the nomination section please name the organisation/individual you wish to nominate
4. All nominations or entries should be submitted and supported where necessary by a written submission of no more than two A4 pages
5. All photographs and other material should and labelled with appropriate descriptive titles. Nominator/entrant is responsible for having (or obtaining) the necessary permissions to upload images or other support material.
6. The deadline for entries is Friday 5th September 2008.
7. The awards will be presented on Friday 24th October 2008 at the Novotel in Euston, London
